These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website theclosecode.co.ke and the purchase of digital courses and resources provided by The Close Code, a subsection of Kinova Digital Marketing. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are displayed at checkout. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors, including IntaSend. By completing a purchase, you authorize the processing of your payment information.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are permitted only under the following conditions:
- The course has not been opened or enrolled in; or
- No course material has been watched, including at least the first video.
Refund requests must be submitted to privacy@theclosecode.co.ke. Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All courses, materials, and resources provided by The Close Code are the exclusive property of Kinova Digital Marketing. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or modification of materials is strictly prohibited.
6. User Obligations
You agree not to share, distribute, or make available purchased products to third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension of access without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Close Code provides digital courses and resources on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, courses, or resources.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
